Shipping and Delivery Policy for the Online Store

Saturday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Delivery Times

Inside Riyadh: 1 to 3 business days.

Outside Riyadh: 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping and Delivery Companies

Our store ships products through Aramex / SMSA to the customer’s address.

Shipping options are displayed on the checkout page and may be updated according to the store’s policy.

Order Confirmation Terms

The purchase order is approved and sent to the shipping company after payment has been confirmed, whether through online payment, bank transfer, or any other available payment method.

Liability Limitations

Product Delivery

The company is responsible for delivering the product in its original condition without any damage. In the event of damage caused by the shipping company, the responsibility lies with the shipping company.

Product Inspection

The customer must inspect the product before leaving the shipping company’s premises or before the delivery representative leaves. If any damage is found, the product must be returned immediately and a report must be filed with the shipping company. If there is no response, please notify us so we can take the necessary action.

Delays Caused by Shipping Companies

The company is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or other authorities. Any customs fees or legal consequences are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping service is available to all cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries through our shipping partners.
